My program is not listed. How can I add it?

The person who has the information requested needs to register for an account. When registering, under "Access level," select the "Yes" checkbox under Program Manager, then select or enter the school. Upon review, we will provide you with the permissions to edit your program.

Can more than one person have access to edit my department's listing?

There can be only one account for each program. If you want to have multiple editors, then they each must be given the login information for the account.

What do the financial aid categories mean?

Teaching fellowship: A financial aid/job position that involves both teaching and research (e.g., toward dissertation).

Non-teaching fellowship: A more typical graduate fellowship that focuses on research rather than teaching.

Teaching assistantship: Assisting a professor/lecturer in their teaching duties. Often involves teaching undergrad classes.

Scholarships: These are not a job; i.e., they provide financial support without work received in return (other than being a student, of course).

Students teaching their own classes: This is sort of like the teaching assistantship without the professor/lecturer, and the teaching is often at the graduate level rather than at the undergrad level.

Other financial information: This is where you can provide any clarification or additional opportunities available to help students pay for grad school.
