The Department has trained a number of women, and also a number of Asians and Hispanics, who have gone on to enjoy successful careers. At present there are special fellowship opportunities for women. Offers a Summer Immersion Philosophy Program aimed towards minorities college students interested in pursuing PhD's in Philosophy.
